Christians in Action (CIA)

The Christians in Action of St. Matthew's United Church of Christ, better known as the "CIA", is made up of adults ranging in age from 40's and beyond.

If you enjoy lots of fun, food, Christian fellowship, and working around the Church - then we are the group for you!

Meeting Schedule

The Christians in Action meet on the 4th Sunday of every month at 5:30pm, in the conference room of the Church.

We hope that YOU will come and join us!

                                                                                CIA Yard Sale

Do your spring cleaning and donate unwanted items to the CIA yard sale. The yard sale will be held on April 30, 2011 from 10:00 a. m. til noon ending with a hot dog lunch. Bring donations to the church on Friday evening (April 29th) from 6:00 p. m. until 8:00.

*Supported Nazareth Children's Home -donation and school supplies

*Set up Manger Scene for Advent Season

*Planning several trips to visit former and present church members

*Christmas outing to Blowing Rock for shopping and then to Sims BBQ

*Plan trip to Billy Graham Museum
